It describes the information that may be present when you use the site or contact us. Bag data on your device

The site uses localStorage in your browser to keep the contents of Bag on your device. This makes it possible to collect items while you browse and prepare an email order request. Bag data can include the items, selections, and quantities you choose to place there. It is stored locally by your browser, not submitted to our server merely because you add an item.

You can remove individual items through Bag, clear browser storage through your browser controls, or use a different browser or device. Clearing localStorage may remove the Bag contents. Because the contents are device- and browser-specific, they may not appear elsewhere. Bag is not a customer account, inventory hold, purchase record, or payment tool. We do not state that this site uses advertising analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies. The site is designed without those features. Essential browser or infrastructure behavior may still occur as part of normal web use, and your browser may have its own settings or extensions.

Email inquiries and order requests

The site does not provide a server-hosted contact form. When you choose an order-request action, the site opens or prepares a message in your own email client. The message is not sent unless you choose to send it. If you email us, we receive the information you include, which may include your name, email address, phone number, item selections, quantities, shipping or pickup preferences, and the content of your inquiry.

We use email inquiry information to respond, evaluate availability, prepare or discuss a written quote, support a confirmed order, address customer service, and keep reasonable business correspondence. We do not need you to send more personal information than is necessary for the question at hand. Please do not send sensitive payment information through an unencrypted email request. No card payment is taken on this website.

We may retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. Retention needs vary by inquiry and are not expressed here as a fixed period. If you ask us to delete or correct information, we will consider the request in light of the information involved and our legitimate recordkeeping or legal needs.

Server logs, sharing, and your choices

Like many websites, the web server may create access logs. In this site’s environment, Nginx may log technical request information such as an IP address, requested page or file, date and time, referring address where provided, browser or user-agent information, response status, and similar operational details. These logs can help operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website. They are not described here as advertising analytics.

We do not sell personal information supplied through email inquiries. We do not describe this site as using advertising analytics or non-essential cookies.
