Before an order is confirmed

The catalog is a place to browse and prepare an email request, not a card-payment checkout. Adding an item to Bag or choosing Buy It Now creates an order request through your own email client. It does not confirm a delivery method, shipping charge, dispatch date, arrival date, or inventory reservation.

When reviewing a request, we may need the item selections, quantities, destination or pickup preference, and any relevant timing information. We will then confirm in writing the details that apply if the order can be accepted. Those details may include availability, total price, shipping or pickup arrangement, shipping cost, payment arrangements, and timing. Do not rely on an unconfirmed request as a promise of shipment.

Shipping and pickup arrangements

We do not publish a universal shipping schedule, flat rate, carrier promise, or processing-time guarantee. Shipping options and timing vary with the confirmed order and are set out in written correspondence. If an estimate is provided, it is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Pickup or an in-person handoff may be discussed where appropriate, but the address at 6917 Gravois Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63116-1013 is a business contact location, not a confirmed public retail storefront with posted hours. Any visit, pickup, or handoff must be arranged and confirmed in advance through Contact. Please do not arrive expecting unconfirmed service or merchandise.

After confirmation

Please review the written confirmation carefully, especially the delivery address or pickup arrangement, selected items, quantities, shipping terms, and timing. Contact us promptly at [email protected] if something does not match your understanding. Changes may not be possible after confirmation, and any available change must be agreed in writing.
