Bag and email order requests

Bag is a local browsing tool. It may use browser localStorage to retain selected items on your device. Putting an item in Bag does not reserve inventory, create a purchase, establish a customer account, or communicate an order to ECLIPSE GIFTS. You are responsible for reviewing the information in the email request you prepare.

Add to Bag and Buy It Now ultimately prepare an order request in your own mail client. The email is sent only if you choose to send it. No card payment is accepted through the site. A request is not an order acceptance, payment authorization, inventory reservation, binding contract, or delivery commitment by ECLIPSE GIFTS.

We may respond to a request with questions, an availability update, or a written quote. Price, availability, quantities, taxes if applicable, payment arrangements, shipping or pickup options, shipping cost, and timing must be confirmed in writing by ECLIPSE GIFTS before an order is accepted. We may decline or be unable to confirm a request, including when an item is unavailable or details cannot be agreed. Catalog content, product use, and care

We aim to present catalog information carefully, but colors, scale, texture, and appearance can vary across screens and viewing conditions. Descriptions and images are informational and may be corrected or updated. Product availability is confirmed only through written correspondence. Use your own judgment when deciding whether an item is suitable for a particular surface, setting, or recipient.

Magnets are décor objects, not toys. They may contain small components and can present a swallowing hazard. Keep them away from young children and anyone for whom small objects create a risk.
