How the catalog works

You may browse Collections or All, then place items in Bag to organize a request. Bag is a local convenience feature on your device; it helps collect the items you want to discuss. It is not an inventory reservation, account, checkout, or completed purchase.

Choosing Add to Bag or Buy It Now ultimately prepares an order request through your own email application. The request is sent only when you choose to send that email. The site does not accept card payments, and sending a request does not mean ECLIPSE GIFTS has accepted the order, taken payment, reserved stock, or promised delivery.

What happens next

After receiving an order request, ECLIPSE GIFTS will review the items and reply as appropriate. Availability, item details, total price, taxes if applicable, delivery or pickup options, shipping cost, payment arrangements, and timing are confirmed in writing for the request at hand. Please wait for that written confirmation before treating any request as accepted.
